Flexible Opportunities In Direct Patient Care
If you are looking to work one-on-one with patients to improve their quality of life, we invite you to consider Consortia, a dynamic company that is growing to meet the demand for our one-of-a-kind medical services. We offer professional opportunities with competitive compensation for nurses (RNs), recent nursing graduates, and other caring clinicians to provide pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in physician offices. Your schedule will be flexible and you will work independently, using proven therapy protocols and FDA-approved equipment.
Specialized training: Consortia will train you to assess, treat and educate patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions who have been referred by a physician. You will work with each patient on a weekly basis for six to eight weeks, providing therapy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
Competitive compensation: We offer excellent pay, a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Flexible scheduling: You will travel to local physician offices to provide services, all during daytime hours. Most opportunities are part time, although full-time work may be available.
Qualifications: Consortia is looking for compassionate clinicians with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and computer proficiency. Previous nursing experience in OB/GYN, geriatrics, UDS or urology is preferred.
